Student Support Leader
Join the Vancouver Campus (Langley) as a Student Support Leader. In this role you will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of behaviour support across the campus, while also contributing to academic intervention programming.

Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB OR BST certification
- Eligibility to work in Canada; compliance with all applicable provincial requirements for behaviour analysts in British Columbia
- Demonstrated experience conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans in an educational or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence‑based intervention methodologies
- Experience training and coaching paraprofessionals or support staff
- Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and analysis
- Valid criminal record check (Vulnerable Sector) – or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a K–12 school workplace
- Background in academic intervention (literacy and/or numeracy)
- Familiarity with Social Emotional Learning frameworks and executive functioning programmes
- Experience supporting neurodiverse learners, including students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
