Mainland Motors is looking for an experienced and motivated Subprime Finance Manager to join our growing automotive team.

We are looking for someone who understands both automotive sales and financing, knows how to work with customers with challenging credit situations, and is driven to close deals and maximize approvals.

Responsibilities

- Handle subprime and alternative financing applications from start to finish.
- Work with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to secure vehicle financing.
- Structure deals based on customer credit profiles and lender requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize approvals and close deals.
- Present financing options, payments, warranties, and additional products to customers.
- Build strong relationships with lenders and maintain a high approval rate.
- Follow all dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and finance documentation.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process.

Requirements
- Must have previous automotive car sales experience.




- Previous experience in automotive financing or a Finance Manager role is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of credit, financing, and lender programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong closing and customer-service skills.
- Valid Driver’s Licence required.
- VSA Licence is preferred/required, depending on role requirements.
