The Loader

Operator will carry out routine checks, maintain equipment standards, and ensure a safe, clean workspace. Collaboration is key to ensuring efficient workflow within the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate mid-size loaders and heavy equipment effectively
- Execute routine equipment maintenance checks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in your work area
- Cooperate with team members for workflow efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in harvesting environments
- Loader ticket is required for applicants
- Solid skills in problem-solving and interpersonal relations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Must walk or stand for 50-75% of the shift
