Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Manage sales floor activities including merchandising, pricing, and product placement to maximize sales potential.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering functions with accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support marketing initiatives by implementing promotional campaigns and maintaining visual standards.
- Assist with inventory management, purchasing decisions, and budgeting to optimize store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Promote a team-oriented environment that encourages communication, collaboration,



and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in retail or a related customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, store management practices, and sales management principles.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes including interviewing and onboarding new staff members.
- Strong customer service orientation coupled with phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Administrative experience including payroll processing, budgeting, training & development initiatives.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a broader customer base.
