As a member of the Finance & Administration team, the Finance Supervisor will be responsible to support the Sales Team, for the Pricing and Customer maintenance Team based in Montreal.

The responsibilities will encompass timely and accurate maintenance of our customer and price database, while ensuring effective financial processes, practices and controls are in place. Employees may be eligible to work remotely one day per week. Lead, coach, and develop the pricing and customer master data team while supporting strong execution.

Lead the national price increase process and ensure a high level of accuracy

- Serve as a trusted partner to the national sales team on pricing, promotional activity, and customer creation matters
- Analyze large volumes of pricing and customer data to generate actionable insights
- Develop and ensure proper controls are in place Complete business analyses and other projects as assigned from time to time
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence. Supporting internal/external audit requests
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Administration or a related field; ~3–5 years of experience in a similar finance role, including supervisory experience; ~ Knowledge of AS 400 is an asset ~ Robust computer skills,



particularly with Microsoft Excel (VBA), Access, PowerPoint, and Business intelligence. As part of their duties, the position holder will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or across North America.
