In this pivotal role, you will manage daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a dedicated Guest Services team. Your focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming workplace while overseeing smooth bookings and transactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Assign responsibilities during pre-shift briefings
- Oversee guest flow and operational activities
- Handle complex booking and guest account issues
- Maintain accurate records for transactions and waivers
- Provide coaching on service excellence and hospitality Requirements:
- Hospitality Management certificate or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years leadership experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
