From eLearning courses to instructor-led training, your work will play a vital role in supporting organizational objectives and enhancing performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging training materials for diverse learning styles • Conduct sessions with stakeholders to define training needs • Manage and deliver training events both digitally and onsite • Create assessments to refine learning objectives • Adapt existing content to enhance learner engagement Requirements:
- 2–5 years as a Training Specialist or similar • Proficient with learning design software • Experience in technical product training • Robust facilitation and communication skills • Ability to work under tight timelines Contribute to building a high-impact training culture that fosters innovation and excellence.
