Join Hollyburn Family Services as a Full-Time Support Worker in Surrey to impact the lives of youth and children in need. Your compassionate care will foster a nurturing therapeutic setting. Reporting to the Program Supervisor, this role is centered on the well-being of residents.
You will engage in direct support, help develop individualized care plans, and maintain open communication with stakeholders. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will facilitate personal development and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in creating assessments and support plans
- Maintain documentation and community communication
- Support individuals with hygiene and daily tasks
- Organize recreational and educational activities
- Attend meetings and contribute to program development Requirements:
- Educational background in child and youth care (diploma preferred)
- Experience with behavioral challenges required
- Must hold First Aid, CPR, and Mandt certifications (training provided)
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License required
- Must be 19 years or older Bring your ability to nurture and support youth and children to a fulfilling role at Hollyburn Family Services.
