ProAmpac in Montreal is seeking an Innovation Engineer to drive sustainable packaging solutions from concept to commercialization. You will partner with R&D;, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams to turn technical ideas into market-ready products.

This role requires a strong chemical/polymer background, FDA/ISO experience, and demonstrated project leadership. You will manage projects, evaluate current materials, and communicate complex data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
