~ Define system architecture and system/subsystem requirements for EV charging products. ~ Translate product and customer needs into transparent technical requirements and specifications. ~ Develop verification plans, validation strategies, DFMEAs, and Design Verification Test Plans. ~ Lead system integration, troubleshooting, and V&V; activities. ~ Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, and product teams. ~ Support product compliance with standards such as SAE J1772, IEC 61851, ISO 15118, OCPP, UL, and CSA.

Qualifications ~5+ years of Systems Engineering or Electrical Systems Engineering experience. ~ Strong background in power electronics, power conversion, or electrical power systems. ~ Experience with EV charging, BESS, renewable energy, solar, or microgrids. ~ Strong knowledge of requirements management, system architecture, integration, and V&V.; ~ Experience with tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or Jama is an asset. ~ V2G/V2X, OCPP, ISO 15118, DFMEA, UL/CSA, and NEC/NFPA experience is an asset.
