Assignment Area(s): Curriculum Relief Teachers ( 5 Positions)

Salary Range: $63,347 to $116,190 (range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance to the collective agreement)

Effective Date: September 28, 2026, until not later than May 28, 2027

Required Abilities, Qualifications and Experience:

- valid BC professional teaching certificate (BCCT)
- extensive academic training, professional preparation and qualifications in teaching in all areas of this assignment
- knowledge of, and demonstrated application of the Ministry of Education's current philosophy, teaching practices, and evaluation/assessment/reporting procedures as applied to multiple levels of instruction
- demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and instruction at all grade levels




- demonstrated ability to work closely with staff in a team-oriented approach to teaching with evidence of strong organizational, communication and classroom management skills
- demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, impactful lessons
- demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with students and parents
- demonstrated ability to be flexible and to adapt to a variety of classroom assignments, ranging from K to 12
- demonstrated commitment to, and engagement in, ongoing professional development
- demonstrated robust interpersonal and collaborative skills
- applicants must possess a valid BC driver's license and have the use of a vehicle
