Serve as a key consultant in Dayforce talent management implementations, working remotely from anywhere in Canada. Manage configuration, training, and client engagement to drive success. This consulting role requires in-depth knowledge of Dayforce implementations.

Responsibilities encompass acting as a trusted advisor, documenting client requirements, and ensuring the platform is tailored effectively.

Your role will include training clients and managing multiple projects, all while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide clients through all phases of Dayforce implementation
- Validate and document functional requirements
- Configure the system in accordance with client specifications
- Train clients on daily management processes
- Share internal insights and best practices from projects Requirements:
- Experience in an HCM/HRIS system implementation
- Dayforce experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Relationship management and consulting ability
