Role Overview

As a Talent Scout, you will act as a headhunter and sales professional. Your mission is to actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates and leaders who can contribute to the growth of our ecosystem. This remote role focuses on identifying exceptional talent and presenting the Assetara opportunity professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional networks, and international job boards.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate professional outreach by message or call, present the Assetara opportunity, and respond to candidate questions.
- First-Stage Screening: Conduct structured 15–20 minute Zoom or Google Meet interviews to assess communication, motivation, leadership potential, and role fit.
- Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first-stage candidate interviews per working day,



subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in simple tracking sheets and refer qualified candidates to the Regional Manager for final-stage interviews.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, privacy requirements, and applicable recruitment practices in all candidate communications.

Qualifications Required

- Communication: Charismatic, confident communication skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and straightforward tracking sheets.
- English: Basic to intermediate written and spoken English for internal reporting and team communications.
- Experience & Drive: Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is an advantage; strong self-motivation is essential.
