- 10+ years of Application Technical Architect experience with focus on batch jobs architecture, design and optimization.
- Proven ability to design and refactor complex batch ecosystems for scalability and fault tolerance.

- Experience defining batch frameworks, standards, and governance for large-scale applications.
- Proficiency Batch-jobs tech stack of Unix/Linux scripting, Java, and Shell scripts etc
- Robust knowledge of enterprise job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M).

- Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and performance improvement strategies
- Familiarity with file I/O analysis, performance profiling,



and error handling in batch environments.

- Understanding of capacity planning, resource optimization, and high-availability strategies.

Collaboration & Communication

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and mentor development teams.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Tools & Platforms

- Strong experience on enterprise applications stack and middleware.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools, log analysis platforms, and automation utilities.

Good to have Skills

- Experience with Broadridge RPM or similar financial platforms.
- Knowledge of data replication techniques and near real-time processing paradigms.
- Exposure to cloud-based batch solutions and modern orchestration tools.
