Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our agile food service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and experience in food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service




- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving, cashiering, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Kitchen experience or food handling certification is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
