Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable corrective actions. Act as a resource person on complex technical matters and support the team as needed. Have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, work methods, technical coordination, or project management.

Quickly understand technical, operational, and manufacturing challenges. Show strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of an ERP or manufacturing systems is an asset.

Ability to manage technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines. Strong technical background in a manufacturing environment and positive understanding of shop-floor operations.
