Sterling Industries is a fast-growing North American contract manufacturer and assembler of medical devices and sub-components based in Woodbridge, Ontario. We help our clients bring successful products to market by providing scaled production, design-for-manufacturing expertise, suppliers consolidation, and other critical value chain services. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, performance targets, and customer expectations are met.

You will work closely with customers to understand high-level technical and business requirements, translate them into explicit priorities for the project team, and drive successful execution from start to finish.

Program

Management and Technical Responsibilities Lead project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget performance through the new product development cycle Create strategic solutions to meet anticipated customer and business needs with predictability and certainty Ensure scope, cost,



resource and schedule alignment between operations and core project team functions Follow compliance processes for Design and Development and New Project Implementation Manage deadlines and execution of multiple concurrent projects Adaptable and flexible - able to take on additional work requirements, in addition to core responsibilities, as required Act as primary point of contact between customers and internal teams Liaise and resolve conflicts between Engineering, Quality, and Operations related to project execution Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, manage expectations and communicate requirements to the project team Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Medical device product development (Class 2 or 3) experience and a strong understanding of FDA, ICH, and IEC standards Proven technical experience with depth of knowledge in Engineering and/or Quality in addition to Project Management experience Experience working in virtual teams
