Vretta is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator with scrum experience and excellent organizational skills to join our Project Management team. This is a position requiring a client-first attitude and creative problem solving ability.

The Project

Coordinator should have the attitude and energy to ensure that our partners and staff feel accomplished. Create, update, and keep track of project plans, tasks, and milestones according to agile/scrum methodology Coordinate with project team members on a daily basis to communicate tasks and establish thorough understanding of the project in order to ensure efficient performance. Coordinate with external project stakeholders on a periodic basis to ensure that they are fully aware of the project details, updated on the progress, and always have work to do as per the project plan Maintain a robust relationship with all project stakeholders.

Ensure that team members know their respective roles, have a sense of project ownership, processes are followed, and teams are self-managed. Organize daily technology and project stand-ups with relevant teams of the project.



Organize meetings with key internal project stakeholders as well as functional heads to provide updates on project progress. as per project requirements.

SaaS project coordination experience in fast paced environment or agile environments.

Experience with agile frameworks (i.e., Scrum, Kanban).

Certified Scrum

Master (CSM) certification is a bonus.

Experience working with GitLab and MS Project is a bonus. Bilingual (English and French) is a bonus.
