Optimize processes and procedures of the manufacturing plant by conducting time-studies, estimating costs, and ensuring the plant is operating efficiently.What You'll Do:Establish labor standards and resolve questions relating to job utilization and performance.Recommends methods for improving workers efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.Restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations / equipment, and purchasing and inventory of equipment.Conduct Time Studies of machine operators to determine efficiency and ensure optimal performanceDevelop, monitor and improve our manufacturing process ensuring the highest quality and the lowest cost products are produced using best practices such as Lean Manufacturing.Demonstrate leadership by mentoring production staff and promote knowledge transfer between teams.Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
