The Southeast VALOUR Network is looking for an inspiring leader to take the helm and shape the future of our support services across the region.

This is a 3 year contract and as the Network Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Southeast VALOUR Network — a agile, multi‑disciplinary programme designed to provide high‑quality, employment‑led support to those who have served and their families. You will oversee the VALOUR Recognised Centre in Aylesford and its spoke hubs in Folkestone and Portsmouth, ensuring each site delivers consistent, impactful, and person‑centred support. The strategic and operational delivery of the Southeast VALOUR Network A multi‑disciplinary team providing employment, wellbeing, and community support High‑quality service standards across the Aylesford centre and spoke hubs Strong partnerships with employers, charities, local authorities,



and Armed Forces organisations Continuous improvement, ensuring services remain responsive, inclusive, and evidence‑led A passion for supporting veterans and the Armed Forces community Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence at all levels A commitment to high‑quality, employment‑focused outcomes The confidence to drive innovation and shape a growing regional network Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE) is a national charity that has been helping those in need for over 100 years, providing support to the Armed Forces community, those with disabilities and those who have found themselves unemployed.

Each RBVE division offers a service to help veterans live an independent life with whatever support they require resulting in the successful delivery of a full‑care pathway on‑site to help veterans of any age or background from across the three services.
