You’ll maintain readiness of equipment and vehicles, perform triage and medical retrievals, and provide care within your licensed scope of practice. With responsibilities spanning accurate documentation, infection control, and participation in ongoing training and quality improvement, this position demands clinical expertise, adaptability,



and a commitment to excellence in every emergency scenario. Be a trusted professional, ensuring every patient interaction is compassionate, customer-focused, and clinically sound.

Keep medical equipment and transport vehicles ready 24/7 for rapid response—because lives depend on it. Participate in medical retrieval services and perform patient triage when needed. Operate confidently within your licensed scope of practice while supporting team excellence.

Answer incoming calls promptly and manage daily/nightly operational duties with precision. Contribute to internal training programs by preparing and delivering sessions that elevate team skills. Monitor equipment health, maintain inventories, and ensure all stock and PPE are available and in-date.

Uphold strict infection control practices to protect patients and colleagues. Engage in scheduled meetings, committees, and working groups to drive continuous improvement. Assist in writing procedures and identifying risks to strengthen quality standards.

Be an active participant in the Quality Improvement Program, ensuring service excellence every day.
