Centre is a large interdisciplinary rehabilitation clinic that offers physiotherapy services in Edmonton to those injured in motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), those injured at work (WCB), along with veterans, athletes and others injured during regular activities or while performing as weekend warriors.

Centre also has a government funded chronic pain program in which physiotherapists work closely with physicians, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and kinesiologists, to help improve clients function and quality of life. We are conveniently located in the Meadowlark medical mall in Edmonton’s west end with free parking is available. The clinic is home to one of the most intensive, education-based chronic pain programs in Alberta, operating within a fully funded, interdisciplinary model.
They also play a pivotal role in supporting veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, and individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals. Provide comprehensive, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up of clients Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications/funding letters to Ministry of Health, insurance agencies and other funding parties As one of the largest networks of OTs in the nation, you will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality, client-centered care across multiple clinics, or specific clinic and community settings. Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. ~ Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists in your province.
~1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred ~ In some cases, Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance (within 6 months) Clinical experience is an asset in areas such as brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopedic injury, home safety, ergonomics and/or return to work.
Superior interpersonal relations, communication, problem-solving, time management, computer and documentation skills Proficiency in computer skills Proficiency in computer skills. Bilingualism - French and English are assets.
