repairing and maintaining dies and tools to support NASG’s production requirements in a safe and efficient manner.

Craft precision tools that are used to cut, shape, and form metal and other materials. Read blueprints, sketches, specifications, or CAD and CAM files for making tools and dies Compute and verify dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of work pieces Test completed tools and dies to ensure that they meet specifications Suggest ideas for continuous improvement Minimum 3 years in building dies and tools Experience in building progressive and transfer dies, and spotting new dies Knowledge of GD&T; and deep draw dies an asset Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
