Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trailer Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of trailers and heavy equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on trailers, including brake systems, lighting, tires, and structural components.

- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and hands-on troubleshooting techniques.

- Repair or replace defective parts on trailers such as axles, suspensions, electrical wiring, and hydraulic systems.

- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment.

- Maintain detailed records of repairs,



inspections, and parts used for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in trailer repair or heavy equipment maintenance.

- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance tools.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physical stamina required for extended periods of manual work.

- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed.
