Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for: Analyzing training needs to define learning priorities and strategies Developing training plans for various operational roles Designing, reviewing, and improving training content with internal and external experts Creating innovative training tools and materials Delivering technical training sessions and supporting employees in task execution Keeping training materials up to date and performing necessary revisions Evaluating program effectiveness and measuring outcomes Monitoring regulatory and technical training within the certification system Preparing and archiving training certificates in digital records Providing training records to clients and authorities as required Understanding and addressing client training requirements related to airworthiness agreements Deploying specific training programs based on contractual agreements Performing any other related duties Profile Sought Training and experience in aircraft maintenance (or equivalent combination considered) Experience delivering training and providing on-the-job coaching Strong initiative and solution-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual French/English (spoken and written) Why Join Us Stimulating environment in a high-tech industry Key role at the heart of talent development Opportunities for professional growth Interested?
