This Winter role invites you to utilize your Level 4 certification and training expertise to create outstanding educational experiences. As a key player in our sports school, you will design, coordinate, and elevate staff training while conducting specialized programs aimed at national certification.

Your responsibilities include managing logistical setups for technical camps and providing mentorship to instructors to ensure their continuous development. You will also monitor compliance with safety standards across all training programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute internal training schedules
- Prepare instructors for national certification exams




- Manage logistical details for educational courses
- Provide mentorship and development pathways
- Conduct on-snow audits for performance improvement

Requirements:

- Level 4 certification and an active Course Conductor designation
- Several seasons in supervisory or coaching roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Authorized to work in Canada; VSC completion needed
- Solid communication and customer service focus
