The Transcription Services

Specialist, Court Services (Canada) team, plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of preparing transcripts for the Provincial, Supreme, and Court of Appeal sectors. Accepting and coordinating transcription orders as needed Data entry of orders received Receive and send emails to various sectors such as legal, government and private Providing clients with estimates for transcription orders as needed Receiving, downloading, and reviewing audio, paperwork, and other files Assigning work to transcriptionists and ensuring that transcriptionists have access to audio, paperwork, files, and templates to complete transcription work as needed Welcome new projects and ideas; Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy ~ Experience with delivering exceptional customer service. ~ Customer service oriented with solid interpersonal skills ~ Enhanced Provincial (British Columbia) Security Screening will be required (Criminal Record check) ~ Experience in a legal setting preferred, but not required ~ Experience working collaboratively with various members of the legal and private sectors ~ Available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. Competitive compensation and extended health coverage that includes medical,
