Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced accounting and office administrator to support AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll review. The role is mostly remote with an Aurora office when needed.

You will liaise with external accountants, prepare government remittances (HST), assist month-end close, and help streamline administrative processes for leadership. Transportation industry experience is required.
