Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress across assigned units
- Administer medications safely while monitoring patient response
- Support care planning and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies and standards
- Ensure a safe, structured, and patient-focused care environment

Position Highlights

Location: Assignments available across British Columbia (Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Victoria, and more)

⏰ Shifts: Flexible scheduling with day and night availability (8-hour and 12-hour rotations)

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience (acute care, long-term care, community,



or specialty units)
- Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
- Active BCCNM registration (or eligibility) for RN/LPN roles
- Strong clinical, communication, and adaptability skills
- Commitment to patient-centered and collaborative care
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
