UI/UX Designer

Full-Time Permanent: $85k-110k

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design experience

Strong experience designing web-based products and applications

Advanced Figma skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems

Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components

Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that balance business, technical, and user needs

Strong understanding of user journeys, workflows, and usability best practices

Experience identifying UX gaps and driving product improvements

Proven ability to partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders

Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience serving as the primary design lead or UI reviewer for a product team

Familiarity with UX research methods

Experience scaling design systems

Experience with enterprise or internal-facing applications

Jira and Confluence experience

Accessibility and usability expertise

Experience creating training or enablement content

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the user experience strategy and design standards for a growing suite of web-based products.



This person will act as the primary design authority, ensuring a consistent, intuitive experience across the platform.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain UI standards, design systems, and reusable components

Design user-friendly interfaces that meet business, technical, and user needs

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for new features and products

Evaluate existing products, identify usability issues, and recommend improvements

Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and the overall product experience

Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions

Provide design leadership and recommendations that influence product direction

Create documentation and enablement materials to support product adoption

This role is ideal for a proactive designer who combines solid visual design skills with product thinking and can confidently shape the user experience across an entire product ecosystem.
