This job provides stability and long-term employment, with the opportunity for advancement. Identify cost trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide weekly and monthly cost performance updates to stakeholders. Forecasting & Analysis Develop and maintain project cost forecasts. Perform earned value and productivity analysis where applicable.

Support cash flow forecasting and cost accrual processes.

Turnaround Controls Integration

Review labor, contractor, equipment, and material costs. Interface with Nova representatives, contractors, and project teams. Participate in planning, execution, and closeout meetings. Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, Project Controls, Engineering Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of cost control, project controls, or turnaround/project experience in an industrial setting. Strong understanding of turnaround, maintenance, or capital project execution.



Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with SAP, Power BI, Primavera P6, or other project controls systems is considered an asset.

Experience supporting large industrial turnarounds within petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas, or chemical manufacturing environments.

Experience managing contractor labor and productivity reporting. Familiarity with estimating, planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes.
