Position Summary

We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements, translating them into effective design solutions.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can simplify complex workflows, advocate for the user experience, and contribute throughout the product design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design and improve user experiences across web, mobile, or digital platforms.
- Transform complex processes and information into intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Work within established design guidelines, systems, and standards while contributing to their continuous improvement.
- Partner with development teams to support the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Incorporate user feedback, research findings, analytics, and usability insights into design decisions.
- Promote accessibility, usability, and user-centered design best practices.
- Contribute to projects in Agile or iterative development environments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and user experiences.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful project outcomes.
- Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within established timelines.

Preferred:

- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, or style guides.
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design practices.
- Experience designing workflow-driven, data-rich, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery environments.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or geographically diverse teams.
