Job Summary

Oasis is hiring motivated Vehicle Agents to join our growing automotive team.

As a Vehicle Agent, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. You will communicate with leads, understand their vehicle needs, assist with appointments, present suitable vehicles, and work closely with our sales and finance teams to deliver a professional and efficient customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and follow up with existing leads.
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Understand each customer's vehicle needs, budget, and financing requirements.
- Book and confirm customer appointments.
- Present suitable vehicles and explain key features and benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Collect required customer information and documentation when necessary.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager and internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet completed their purchase.
- Build robust relationships and generate repeat and referral business.




- Meet individual and team sales and performance targets.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, smartphones, and computer applications.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
