Bronson Veterinary Clinic seeks a full-time and/or part time veterinary Assistants/ Receptionists, New graduates encouraged to Apply.

Responsibilities

Ability to safely and compassionately restrain, handle, and care for animals is essential, must be comfortable around all pets with ability to handle different animals behavioral conditions, explaining consent forms, recognizing emergencies and medical records keeping, .

strong and professional client service skills with multi tasking skills, compassionate care and ability to work with grieving clients and handle stressful situations. Answering phone, booking appointments, communicating with clients via emails and texting, organizing and cleaning exam rooms/ reception area and clinic facilities. Ability to work with computer softwares, practice management software, collecting payments, ability to work under supervision and without.

Educating and advising clients on animal health care, nutrition, and home care as directed.

Ability to learn quickly and communicate well with other veterinary care staff.

Able to physically restraint and carry small animals of different sizes and weights and must be comfortable around different pets of different behavior,



able to work as a part of veterinary team members and be professional dealing with clients compassionately especially during stressful and grieving conditions .

Assisting veterinarians on a house call services by sharing the ride to clients resident.

Educational requirements

Completing a certificate or diploma program from a college or technical school is highly recommended and often preferred.

Experience requirements

Experienced and and New graduates, mentorship available
