The Moon Group is a high-energy real estate team based in Burnaby, BC, known for creative marketing, viral content, and delivering outstanding client experiences. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a talented Video Editor to help bring our brand, listings, and social media content to life.

Role Overview

As our Video Editor, you’ll turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for our social media, property listings, and brand campaigns. You’ll work closely with our real estate agents to create content that is polished, creative, and attention-grabbing.

This is a full-time, in-person role, with work based at our Surrey and Burnaby as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, property tours, testimonials, and team content
- Turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos
- Add captions, music, transitions, effects, and graphics
- Create engaging hooks and fast-paced edits for short-form content
- Organize raw footage and completed video files
- Complete revisions and meet content deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with social media and editing trends
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and open to feedback





Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of video editing experience (portfolio required)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Captions or similar
- Strong understanding of short-form and social media content
- Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, music, and transitions
- Must have their own laptop, smartphone, and camera suitable for creating and managing high-quality video content.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Real estate editing experience
- After Effects or motion graphics skills
- Experience editing viral social media content
- Colour grading and sound editing skills
