You choose your hours. Most consultants build this around another job/business until the numbers let them go full-time. Most solar reps are cold-prospecting blind. You're not. Our qualification software checks real eligibility factors before anyone picks up the phone, so every appointment you book is a homeowner who's already a legitimate fit, not a guess.

That's the edge, fewer wasted conversations, higher close rates for consultants, and commission that reflects it.

Compensation:

Pure performance pay.



You earn commission when your booked appointments turn into closed deals — a single close pays $1,500–$2,000, uncapped.

This is an opening on a small remote team and we're selective about who fills it.

Experience

- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, or telemarketing environments with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in English, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in customer service or business development roles that involve client communication and relationship management.
