Role Responsibilities
- Review and compare AI generated responses in therapeutic style conversations.
- Evaluate outputs based on empathy, emotional insight, communication quality, and appropriateness.
- Provide improved rewrites when responses do not meet structured quality standards.
- Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and maintain consistency in submissions.
- Work independently in a rapid paced remote project environment.
