Pet Valu, based in Markham, Ontario, seeks a Vice President, Legal to guide corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, information technology, cyber and data privacy matters. The role is full-time, temporary, and hybrid, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Secretary.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in corporate law, experience with retail regulatory issues, and the ability to lead external counsel and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced workplace.
