Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse and Production Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to work hands-on with various specialized packaging and material handling equipment, contributing directly to the creation, packaging and distribution of water treatment products.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the production, labeling and packaging using tools and power tools, following detailed instructions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate articulating forklifts safely to move materials and finished goods throughout the narrow aisles of the warehouse.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify mechanical issues or maintenance needs, supporting continuous production flow.
- Manage inventory by accurately receiving, recording, and organizing bulk raw materials and finished packaged products within the warehouse.
- Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, packaging or repackaging bulk polymers, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas.




- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble crating and other packaging.
- Follow safety protocols and wear ppe for extended periods of time to ensure personal safety is maintained.

Skills

- Proven experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and material handling.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory—training can be provided.
- Some mechanical knowledge to identify basic equipment issues and ensure circumstances that facilitate smooth operations.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintaining production equipment and workplace.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and product assembly.
- Good physical stamina for bending, lifting, standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions clearly.
