Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Clerk and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be instrumental in managing inventory, supporting shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments using equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, ensuring safe handling at all times
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage order processing
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed, supporting e-commerce fulfillment needs
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring proper packaging and labeling of products for safe transportation




- Assist with basic math calculations related to inventory counts, weights, measurements, and order specifications

Skills

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations
- Certification or experience operating forklifts and reach trucks safely
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
- Experience with shipping & receiving procedures and order picking processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, weight calculations, and order accuracy
- Ability to load & unload shipments safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Experience working in e-commerce environments is a plus but not required
