We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead who plays a key role in overseeing daily operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory management activities within the Distribution Centre. You will work closely with internal teams, carriers, and freight partners to ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods; from dock to stock and stock to shipment. As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating workloads, maintaining process standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency.

- Guide daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory accuracy.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and the internal Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product flow.
- Prioritize and assign daily tasks such as container destuffing, order picking, packaging, and shipping preparation.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process standardization.
- Verify inbound and outbound documentation, including box counts, pallet exchanges, manifests, and shipment logs.
- Waive and release transfer and sales orders (TOs/SOs) and ensure readiness for outbound shipments, including labelling, documentation, and auditing.
- Monitor and update all related tracking logs and shipment reports; communicate shipping ETAs and exceptions as needed.
- Proactively complete and archive receiving and shipping records for audit and investigation purposes.
- Mentor, coach, and develop warehouse associates through ongoing on-the-job training and feedback.
- Ensure fragile and high-value products are handled and packed according to company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory management.
- Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal logistics/transportation teams.
- Working knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members through on-the-job training and feedback.
- Robust understanding of warehouse operations, SOPs, and process standardization.
- Embrace a self-starter mindset by asking questions, challenging the status quo, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes, efficiency, and service levels.
- Demonstrates our Above + Beyond value through a hands-on leadership approach, stepping in to support the team and business whenever operational priorities arise.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience handling fragile or high-value goods according to company standards is an asset.
- Forklift and First Aid certification is an asset.
- Ability to present ideas and recommendations in a skilled, organized, and logical manner.
