We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor at our facility located in Brantford, Ontario .

The Warehouse

Supervisor oversees all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving goods or materials, maintaining inventory levels, and recording warehouse information. The supervisor trains current employees, assigns work, evaluates individual reports, resolves performance issues, and manages a group of 10 people. Ship/receive goods and materials.

Check quality and quantity and record any discrepancies. Ensure goods are stored in designated areas of the warehouse. Supervise loading and unloading operations. Verify that the bill of lading, invoices, and bill of lading are completed.

Supervise the operation of forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.

Assist Branch

Manager in establishing warehouse standards and procedures. Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of warehouse employees and drivers. Check the documents against the customer's direct debit ticket.



Conduct daily inspections of warehouse equipment and grounds. Verify that all inventory has a storage location, both physically and electronically. High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in warehouse supervision. Forklift driving experience and certificate. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects. Efficient and professional behavior when dealing with customers and employees.
