Fabricate, fit, and repair drilling rig components and equipment according to engineering drawings and quality standards Perform basic welding using GMAW, FCAW, and MCAW processes with manual and semi-automatic equipment Apply foundational knowledge of welding techniques, metal properties, and trade math to support fabrication tasks Follow proper lifting, rigging,



and hoisting practices in accordance with safety standards High school diploma or GED required; completion of the first period of vocational welding training or equivalent apprenticeship in progress Minimum 1+ year of shop or manufacturing experience preferred, with progress toward required on-the-job training hours Ability to read structural blueprints and welding symbols is an asset Precision Drilling fosters a robust safety culture through our Human Organizational Performance (HOP) approach, focusing on learning, communication, and supporting our people.
