You will oversee the management and implementation of corporate health and wellness programs while acting as a key link between employees and management in disability cases. Your expertise will directly impact employee health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement health and wellness programs
- Coordinate health assessments and claims management
- Facilitate meetings for effective case resolutions
- Monitor contracted health service activities
- Provide training on health management protocols Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience of 4-6 years in disability management
- Knowledge of workplace health regulations
- Proven report writing and presentation skills
