End & Coal Harbour Community Centres are looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Leader for their Summer Day Camp. This role focuses on providing effective behavior support and creating a secure, engaging space for children. You will collaborate with a team to implement and adapt plans while training others in behavior management. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead Day Camp activities
- Implement individualized behavior support plans
- Train staff and family members in effective techniques
- Foster a positive and educational camp atmosphere
- Coordinate with Recreation staff for program success

Requirements:

- Experience in day camps, especially with neurodiverse children
- Strong leadership abilities
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Successful Police Records clearance
- Passion for child development and recreation
