Support young families as a Maternal Child Health Nurse at Wikwemikong Health Centre, focusing on comprehensive healthcare for children aged 0-6. - Conduct home visits for prenatal and postnatal support
- Organize and deliver health programs for families
- Collaborate with local organizations for service delivery
- Focus on case management for children with special needs
- Meet funding requirements through timely program reporting Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- At least two years’ relevant experience
- Solid skills in assessing child health and needs
- CPR Level C and First Aid certification required
