Manager, you will ensure a safe, Christ-centered space for addiction treatment and support. This full-time position focuses on operational oversight, spiritual guidance, and program accountability. Your leadership will play a critical role in hiring and training staff, as well as fostering a team culture rooted in integrity and servant leadership. You will engage clients and their families, ensuring a structured workplace for their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support campus staff and volunteers
- Maintain excellence in program delivery
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Oversee campus operations and budget stewardship
- Foster community relationships and represent the organization Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in addiction recovery or social services preferred
- Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills
- Commitment to a faith-based approach
- Must obtain Vulnerable Sector Clearance Lead impactful changes in the lives of those seeking recovery at Adult & Teen Challenge.
