Provide spiritual counselling, support, bible study and prayer meetings. Design and lead spiritual evangelistic discipleship, and community engagement initiatives specifically tailored for women. Organize projects, outreach events, and support groups, while also equipping the female congregants, for personal evangelism and pastoral care.

Bridge the gap between the church and local community by developing and direct outreach programs to serve vulnerable women in the church and in the local community: single mothers, domestic abuse survivors, and community shelters. Oversee women's Bible studies in small groups, and mentorship programs designed to integrate new believers in God and build spiritual maturity with the Bible. Plan, budget, and execute outreach events, seminars, and conference geared toward women.

Establish strategic partnerships and act as the primary liaison with local community shelters, social services, and crisis centers.

Duties

- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum two years of theology training from an accredited school. EXPERIENCE: Deep knowledge of the bible scriptures and teaching of the Kings James Bible. Have a Theology Degree or any related diploma. Minimum two years working in a Christian church as a women's leader. Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate programs geared to strengthen women in their walk with God. Experience working with women facing domestic abuse is an asset and newcomers to Canada. SKILLS: Great communication, patience, non-judgemental,



super empathy, ability to work with diverse cultures and possess a gentle spirit. Operate with the power of the Holy Spirit as in the book of Acts Chapter Two
- Communicate effectively and possess patience
- Collaborate with other ministries to develop fellowship programs and initiatives To grow and strengthen the church

Qualifications

- Proof of religious License, Ordination and or elevation documents by an accredited religious denomination.
- Pastoral certification preferred and working with women.
- Robust understanding of educational best practices and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
- Experience with Bible study.
- Ability to create programs in any environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
