We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Wood Framing Carpenter to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial wood-frame construction and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components.
- Construct floors, walls, roofs, and other structural frameworks.
- Install sheathing, subfloors, and related framing materials.
- Ensure work is completed safely, accurately,



and to quality standards.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and other crew members.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of wood framing experience.
- Solid understanding of residential and commercial framing practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
