Consultant, you will work to deliver our WorkForce Suite (Time, Absence, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) You will spend your day working with project teams to ensure our suite of products is developed to comply with clients’ needs and are delivered successfully by configuring the software. A Senior (Technical) Implementation Consultant performs configuration, mapping, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. You will continue to develop your skills in consulting, leadership, client relationships, and the knowledge of our products by taking training courses and maintaining certifications.

Configuration of the WorkForce Suite (Time, Absence, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) Comprehension of the WorkForce Suite Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, proper sequence of product setting and implementation) Understand the project scope and implementation approach while identifying and escalating out of scope requirements to key stakeholders.

Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges. Create complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills. Perform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements.

Create exceptional onboarding experience for each product or service implementation. You'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through your expertise and relationship-building. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You can identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones. Comprehension of WorkForce suite product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, database impact, customizing templates, troubleshooting settings, proper sequencing of product settings and implementation). Understand the project scope and implementation approach while identifying and escalating out-of-scope requirements to key stakeholders.

Track guidance on complex issues such as administrative and configuration challenges. Create complex formulas using mathematical and/or programming skills. Conduct unit and system testing of the configured application and verify that test cases comply with requirements.

Create an exceptional onboarding experience for each product/service implementation. Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products effortlessly through expertise and relationship-building. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones. IT certification or technical background. 4-6 years experience in WorkForce Management software implementations. ~ Minimum 3-5 years experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL. ~ Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application. ~ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel. ~ Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role. ~ Ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items simultaneously. ~ Ability to travel up to 5-10%. Strong comprehension of Workforce Software implementation principles and lifecycles.

Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to current circumstances.

This position also involves duties that require regular use of English, in addition to French. Collaboration with internal teams or functions based outside Québec where English is the primary language of communication. Participating in meetings, presentations, and discussions conducted in English with national or global stakeholders. Based on the responsibilities of the role, proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is required, as these duties are integral to the position and cannot be reassigned within the team.
